Terms of Service
general
I have the right to refuse any request that I feel is beyond my skill.
3-5 slots per batch. Other than that, I will add to waiting list for next batch.
I do not accept rush orders.
AI/NFT use is PROHIBITED (NOT ALLOWED).
I am allowed to post the result on social media for my portfolio with your name/username. Let me know if you want your name as "anonymous"
NDA fee will be charged If you want it kept private.
Commercial usage requires fee and permission.
prices & payment
Listed price is for PERSONAL USAGE.
All payments are done FULLY UPFRONT, unless I predict my initial progress will be slow, you can pay 50% down payment.
Method: Jago/Spay/BCA (local.) and Ko-fi or VGen (intl).
Payment deadline: up to 72 hours/3 days since I send you the invoice. More than that, I consider you cancelled the request.
COMMERCIAL FEE: Sold merch (digital or physical): 3x price / Advertisement on SNS, Streaming or Content Thumbnail: 2x price
NDA fee: 30-50% depending on complexity
refunds & cancellation
No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.
Cancellations are allowed if you haven't paid.
workflow, timeline, deadlines
Discussion & Confirmation > Payment > Sketch > Major revisions > Colors > Minor revisions > Approval & Delivery
Rendered stage might seem different than the base color stage.
Working time is up to 1 month. Fastest is 1 week.
Client will be informed if there is any change in workflow (delays, problems, etc).
I do not accept RUSHING / SPECIFIC DEADLINES for now. Asking for progress is okay.
revisions
After sketch is approved, I do not accept sketch/pose/major revisions or complete changes (e.g. different references).

PNG via Google Drive link or email.

PEMBAYARAN
Full Payment setelah request diterima (di awal). Atau DP 50% sebelum dan setelah sketsa.
MOP: Seabank/ShopeePay/BCA
Biaya komersil: 2-3X base price.
Tidak ada refund kecuali ada masalah dari pihak artist yang membuat kesulitan selesai.
KETENTUAN
Artist mempunyai hak untuk menolak request atas alasan apapun.
Harga yang dicantumkan adalah untuk PENGGUNAAN PRIBADI. Penggunaan komersil mempunyai harga khusus.
DILARANG DIGUNAKAN UNTUK AI/NFT.
Berikan referensi jelas dan deskripsi singkat (pose, desain, dll.)
Referensi dan pewarnaan dapat saya atur sesuai dengan artstyle, sehingga belum tentu akan sama persis.
Max. 3x revisi sketsa, 1x revisi minor. Setelah sketsa diterima, saya tidak menerima revisi pose/komposisi.
Waktu pengerjaan 1-4 minggu, tergantung antrian, kerumitan dan kesibukan di ril.
Karya final: JPG/PNG melalui email / Google Drive.
Semua hak cipta tetap milik artist dan hasil final dapat diposting di sosial media sebagai sampel portfolio.
